Joshua did a great job of helping us sell our home. The entire process was quick and easy. Joshua was always available to answer our questions and take care off the details. Definitely recommended!

Me and my wife (Chris and Brenda Thompson) decided to move to Wyandotte Michigan from out of state. We picked Joshua Brown from a reference from a friend This was a very good choice. We had a hard time finding a decent home as we drove up to Michigan several times and met up with Joshua. He took us around to see houses and he also had his own ideas from our explanation of what we wanted. We found a house in Wyandotte and placed a bid. Everything was going well until the title company found a lean on the house due to it was a foreclosure before a contractor bought it to flip. Apparently Michigan law requires that the person who was foreclosed out has 6 months to redeem the title. So we had to wait even though the contract was signed as a contingency for us to sell our home to buy this house. Joshua had his work cut out for him. Second mortgage was determined by the title company from the foreclosure. We had to stay with our mother in law in Coldwater Michigan with all our stuff in her garage for 7 weeks. Joshua was there every single step of the way negotiating the madness of the confusion with sellers and title company. He went far and beyond what we expected. We got the house on the time Joshua had moved for so diligently. We so appreciate this fine young man.

When I first met Mariah I thought “what did I do? She is too young to be a good realtor.” But I am happy to say that I was wrong!!!! She was AMAZING! And still is. We closed on the house two weeks ago and she is still following up to make she that everything is taken care of. She went way beyond what others have done.
